“TAVANTOLGOI-ZUUNBAYAN” RAILWAY BRIDGE IS BEING SUCCESSFULLY IMPLEMENTED BY DOMESTIC COMPANIES
“TavanTolgoi Railway” LLC is providing customer supervision and advisory services for the construction of 414.6km of TavanTolgoi-Zuunbayan railway. Currently, 99.6% of the earthworks and 98% of the pipelines are under construction, and 100 km of railway infrastructure lay.
One of the features of this project is that domestic companies are carrying out bridge construction work due to the border closure during pandemic. The first crossbeams of the bridge have been successfully installed.
Mr. Otgonbayar J. Road engineer of “TavanTolgoi Railway” LLC noted that “The earthworks and pipelines of this project are almost finished, now there are bridge works. For this, we need to demand good quality and technical requirements. They are 27 bridges in the project, of which 13 bridge crossbeams have been completed. However, the railway infrastructure has been built on the bridge, which is built at PK+369km of “Tuulin Guur Dalai” LLC. Preparations are underway to build infrastructure on other bridges.”
As of September 13, the bridge is 83.5% complete and is being successfully built by domestic companies.
