“ERDENES-TAVANTOLGOI” JSC SETS THE “HIGHEST SHIPPING PERFORMANCE DAY” OF 2020
The staff of “Erdenes-Tavantolgoi” JSC has sets the highest shipping performance for 2020.
Specifically, the B and D shifts of the mine loaded 91,328.55 tons of coal in 1310 trucks of 1205 vehicles from 07:00 on September 24, 2020 to 07:00 on September 25, 2020, which is the highest amount of coal shipped this year. It's over.
In terms of 00-00 hours, 1175 trucks and 1294 barrels of coal were loaded from 00:00 to 24:00 on September 24, 2020, which is the highest figure in the company's history. The previous record was set on September 13, 2019 at 00-00, when 1,177 trucks and 1,229 barrels of coal were loaded.
Despite the sharp decline in coal sales in April-June due to the border ban caused by the Kovid-19 epidemic, the Board approved the effect of the temporary regulation on the implementation of the “Green Gateway” at the Mongolian-Chinese border and the continuation of coal sales. Under the guidelines, 50 percent of this year's sales revenue was earned in July-September alone.
“Erdenes-Tavantolgoi” JSC shipped 4.9 million tons of coal from the mine mouth in the third quarter of 2020, of which 61% or 3 million tons came from the Tsankhi East mine and 39% or 1.9 million tons came from the Tsankhi West mine.
In September of this year (as of September 25, 2020), 1.3 million tons of coal was sold and shipped, which is three times more than the previous month or 30 percent of this year's total sales.
