INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONAL ETHICS TRAINING WAS ORGANIZED
“Erdenes-Tavantolgoi” JSC has announced 2020 as the year of discipline and responsibility at the company level. Within this framework, a training plan is being developed and implemented. On the 23rd of this month, the Ethics Committee and the Training Office conducted a training on “International Organizational Ethics” in cooperation with the Mongolian branch of the Swiss BPN.
The training was attended by senior executives of the company and provided an understanding of the nature of an ethical organization, the factors that affect it, and ethical and sustainable attitudes, as well as internal and external factors that affect the organization's values. At the training, studied the experience of the world's largest businesses and organizations, which are highly valued for their ethical standards.
