SXCOAL: COKING COAL RESERVES INCREASED IN CHINA AND PRICES ARE DECREASING

Coking coal reserves in China have risen and prices have fallen, according to SXCoal. At the same time, declining coke prices are having an impact. As of February 26, coking coal reserves in the mines surveyed by SXCoal increased by 131.9 thousand tons compared to the previous week and reached 1.21 million tons. In Shanxi Province, the price of low-sulfur coking coal fell 50 yuan from the pre-Lunar New Year holiday.

The price of Mongolian washed coking coal at the Gantsmod port fell by 100-140 yuan to 1,700-1,750 yuan per ton.
