The cabinet held its regular meeting on April 7, Wednesday, and heard a presentation on the logistics center for coal loading and a railway in Tavantolgoi coal deposits in Southgobi province. The technical and economic feasibility study and blueprint for the logistics center as well as the construction are scheduled to launch within the second quarter of this year.
Corresponding ministers were charged to reach an agreement with the Chinese side regarding the border crossing and transshipment facilities of Gashuunsukhait-Gantsmod border checkpoint and add provisions concerning the border point into the Mongolia-China border railway agreement.
