Eligible bidders of Erdenes Tavan Tolgoi JSC are invited to submit a sealed bid for drilling and blasting work at the Tsankh East mine of the Tavan Tolgoi deposit.

The bidder must pay MNT 50,000 using the electronic system prior to submitting the bidding documents. Interested parties can contact us at the address below for more information.

Bidders must meet the following financial and experience requirements. These include:

  1. The amount of sales revenue of any of the last three years (2018, 2019, 2020) shall be no less than 10% of the budgeted cost or 23,910,292,860 MNT.
  2. Liquid assets and available loan amount: Not less than 10 percent of the budgeted cost or 23,910,292,860 MNT.
  3. Audited financial statements for the years of 2018, 2019 and 2020 must be submitted.
  4. Whether to submit a special license if required: Must submit valid licenses.

Bids must include a bid security amount of MNT 2,391,029,286 or 1 percent of the budgeted cost.

Bids must be submitted through the State Procurement Website before 10:00AM on August 10, 2021 and will be opened on August 10, 2021 at 10:30AM.

Whether a foreign entity has the right to submit a bid: Yes.

Whether to consider privilege for domestic entities. Yes.
