Job Description:

Architectural Engineer is responsible for working with internal departments and external parties on building and design projects, ensuring the structural and functional integrity of building structures and systems and identifying and solving design flaws.

 

Main Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • Designing, analyzing, and altering plans, prototypes, or structures.
  • Ensuring building plans, prototypes, and structures are operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.
  • Assisting team members with project objectives, budgets, and timelines.
  • Establishing project goals.
  • Identifying and solving problems in building plans, prototypes, and structures.
  • Ensuring building systems are functional, reliable, and safe.
  • Participating in site visits.
  • Testing and evaluating building systems to find problems and improvements.
  • Reading, interpreting, and explaining complex technical documents.
  • Consulting with clients on building projects.

 

Work Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience with enterprise architecture, software architecture, and design patterns
  • Proven work experience as an Architectural Engineer 
  • Familiarity with CAD software like TinkerCAD, Solidworks and AutoCAD  
  • Current knowledge of industry trends, technology, codes, and regulations.
  • Experience on diagram designs both manually and with computer-aided drafting.

 

Skills/Competencies:

  • Complete knowledge of the building codes, safety standards, industry trends, and regulations  
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills  
  • Good time management and organizational skills  
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

 

Languages: Excellent command of English both verbally and in writing is required

Academic Qualifications:

  • Master degree or above equivalent in Architectural Engineering or a related field  
  • Holding a professional and valid engineering license  

Salary: The actual salary will be based on company standards and calculations, considering the qualifications and experience of the selected person.

Work Schedule: Full time; 40 hours per week
