Therefore, we hereby publishing this clarification for the invitation to bidding published at www.tender.gov.mn.

Title of Bid Selection: TURN KEY (EPC) CONTRACT FOR SELECTING CONTRACTOR OF ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT AND CONSTRUCTION WORKS OF COAL HANDLING AND PREPARATION PLANT OF “ERDENES TAVANTOLGOI” JSC

“Erdenes Tavantolgoi” JSC would like to invite eligible Bidders to submit sealed hard copy and soft copy bids on Turn Key (EPC) contract for selecting contractor of Engineering, Procurement and Construction works of Coal handling and preparation plant.
Bid (additional copy if needed) can be obtained by based on a written request and by paying 300,000MNT or other equal convertible currencies. The payment shall be transferred to 1505008702MNT account and 1505008703USD account of “Erdenes Tavantolgoi” JSC at Golomt Bank (SWIFT Code: GLMTMNUB).
Bids shall be valid for thirty (30) days after it is opened.
Bidder shall meet the following financial, qualifications and experience requirements:
Sales Income: An evidence showing that amount of sales income is not less than 1,5 (one billion and five hundred million) USD one of the last five years, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020.
The amount of liquid assets and lines of credits: liquid assets, lines of credit and other financial means of Bidder shall not be less than 100% of the Client’s budget for the bid.
Number of years of financial reports: audited financial reports of 2018, 2019 and 2020 required to be submitted.
Is there any permission and licenses or other similar documents that are required to deliver the Work of Contract: Required.
9,564,478,661 (nine billion, five hundred sixty-four million, four hundred seventy-eight thousand and six hundred sixty-one) MNT or other equal convertible currencies shall be sent along with the Bid as the tender guarantee.
Bids shall be delivered to us at the address below before 2.00 pm in Ulaanbaatar time on September 13, 2021, and opened at 2.30 pm on September 13, 2021 in the presence of the Bidders interested to be part of the opening.
The foreign entities are eligible to participate.
