REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICE

Title of Bid Selection: Prepare the Feasibility Study and Front End Engineering Design in compliance with the international requirements for the conveyor system.

1. “Erdenes Tavantolgoi” JSC will select consultants who will prepare the Feasibility Study and Front End Engineering Design in compliance with the international requirements for the conveyor system and interested bidders are invited to submit their tender.
2. This Conveyor system shall have the capacity to transport 93.5-110.0 million/м3 of soil from Tsankhi West Mine and 72.0 million/м3 of soil from Tsankhi East Mine on an annual base. In addition, this shall have alternative options and phases to increase capacity in relation with BCM rate the growth of coal production.
3. The applying consultant shall provide the following information proving his or her ability to perform the service (such as published articles, similar work experience, information on the skills and experience of the personnel):
· Detailed introduction of the legal entity;
· Notarized Copy of legal certificate of the legal entity /for foreign legal entities’ case, a notarized copy or an original of a similar document issued by the authorized agencies of its country/;
· Evidence of the provision of professional consulting services for crusher, conveyor system, prepare feasibility study and Feed of stockpile generators,
· Last 2 years’ or 2019 and 2020 audited financial reports /notarized copies/;
· The average sales income over the last two years should not be less than 50 percent of budget;
· It is required that a bidding entity shall have profitable income statement for at least one year of the last two years;
· Submission of electronic declaration of tax authority /Submission date must be after the bid announcement it shall have information stating that a legal entity does not have any outstanding tax debt /for foreign legal entities’ case, if this document is not available, a notarized copy or an original of a similar document issued by the authorized agencies of its country shall be accepted/.
· the reference letter of civil court;
· the reference letter of the General Executive Agency of Court Decision;
· a comprehensive list of the employees is required.
4. The tender language shall be Mongolian. If foreign entities participate in this bid, they shall bring an expression of interest along with certified Mongolian translation.
5. Aiming to increase the capacity, the consultants may participate in a joint venture form.
6. For those who are interested can get an additional information until 23 September 2021 between 07.30 am to 4.30 pm, and an expression of interest /a sealed hard copy and soft copy/ shall be submitted to the address below no later than 3 pm (Ulaanbaatar time) on 24 September 2021.
