Request for expression of interest for CONSULTANCY SERVICE

1. “Erdenes-Tavantolgoi” JSC will select consultants who will prepare the Feasibility Study and Front End Engineering Design in compliance with the international requirements for the conveyor system. Interested candidates are required to submit their tender by electronic form under the tender ETT/201905361
2. Purpose of the consultant service: To provide advisory service for the Feasibility Study of the project to introduce a combination of truck-conveyor transporting system with мөчлөг-flow technology to the “Erdenes-Tavantolgoi” JSC for the soil stripping of Tsankhi’s west and east mine.
3. legal entity submitting the application shall submit a certified copy of the document that meets the criteria and requirements of the Clauses 14-16 of Procurement Tender law. These include:
3.1. Detailed introduction of legal entity;
3.2. Evidence of the provision of professional consulting services for crusher, conveyor system, prepare feasibility study and Feed of stockpile generators
3.3. Notarized Copy of legal certificate of the entity;
3.4. Information of financial capability of the consultant: Audited financial statements for the 2017 and 2018 (Notarized);
3.5. The average sales income over the last two years should not be less than 30 percent of budget
3.6. Entity Should have profitable income statement for at least one year of the last two years
3.7. Submission of electronic declaration of tax authority /Submission date must be after the Bid announcement, should state that legal entity does not have any tax debt; Should have conform proof if the bidder is foreign entity.
3.8. To bring the description of civil court and General Executive Agency of Court Decision
3.9. To bring proposed work which contains brief introduction of technical proposal
4. To bring the spreadsheet list of similar activities performed within the last five years
5. The tender language shall be Mongolian. If foreign entities participate in this tender, they shall bring both Mongolian and English versions
6. Foreign entities may participate
7. If foreign entities participate in this tender, they shall bring the original and notarized copy of the tender documents mentioned above. If tender documents are not available in some countries, it is possible to bring relevant affidavits
