“Erdenes Tavantolgoi” JSC invites the eligible bidders to send the electronic bid for selecting supplier of the integrated dispatch control system.
The bidding for this service is an electronic bid which is announced through the e-procurement system, so please visit www.tender.gov.mn for more information and bid documents.
The bidder must pay MNT50,000 using the electronic system prior to submitting the bid documents. Interested parties can contact us at the address here for more information. The bid shall be valid for 30 days from the date of its opening.
The bidders must meet the following financial and quailification requirements:
Sales income: Sales income of any of the last 3 years i.e 2018, 2019 and 2020 shall not be less than 50 percent of the bid budget;
Liquid assets and avaialble credit amount: The bidder’s liquid assets and available loan amount shall not be less than 30 percent of the bid budget;
Number of years to submit audited financial statements: Submit audited financial statements of 2018, 2019 and 2020.
MNT39,017,550 bid guarantee shall be sent along with the bid.
The bid must be submitted to the following address before 10:00 am on November 11, 2021 and will be opened on November 11, 2021 at 10:10 am at the presence of the interested bidders.
The foreign bidders are allowed to participate.
Margin of preference is applicabale.
