[Erdenes Tavantolgoi JSC] the eligible bidders are invited to submit an e-tender [for the execution of the external power supply design, power transmission line, substation construction of the Industrial and Technological Park].

As the tender process is announced through the electronic procurement system www.tender.gov.mn details and e-tender documents can be obtained at the address.
The bidder must have paid 50,000/ fifty thousand / MNT using the electronic system before sending the bid.
The tender is valid within 30 days from the date of its opening.

Bidders must meet the following financial and experience requirements. These include:
Sales volume: sales revenue is not less than 50% of the cost value of the budget approved for any year of the last 2020, 2019 and 2018 years.
Liquidity assets and available loans: not less than 30% of the cost value of the budget.
Number of years to submit audited financial statements: for the last 3 years (2020, 2019, 2018), the audited year-end financial statements shall be submitted.
Whether to submit a license if it is required: Yes

Bids must be accompanied by a bid security3 of MNT [128,572,976]2.

Bids must be submitted to the Electronic Public Procurement System www.tender.gov.mn before [10:00 on December 6, 2021] and will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend on [2021.12.06], [at 10 : 30]4.
